Intrusion Detection System

Our intrusion detection system, boosted by a unique algorithm to cut false alarms, uses mobile and fixed sensors for full coverage. We collaborate with Tier 1 railway company in Taiwan and set our systems on the train and side lope of the track, which are Static Intrusion Detection System and Mobile Intrusion Detection System.

Static Intrusion Detection System

Static Intrusion Detection System is set on the side lope of the railway track. We use LiDAR to detect and set up the environment. When the trains pass through, we can indicate that is the train and won’t trigger the alarm. Conversely, when there is any intrusion object appears on the track, we can detect, distinguish the size and location, and then trigger the alarm in real time to notify the control center to react.

Mobile Intrusion Detection System

Mobile Inrtusion Detection System is set on the train. We use LiDAR to detect the environment and process the pcd image in real time so that we can draw the area that trains are passing through which is the track. If there is any intrusion object falls onto the rail track, we can detect it, calculate its dimensions and location, and then trigger the alarm. In that case, we can help to prevent some major accidents from happening.
